INGREDIENTS

2 cups refined flour
1/2 cup castor sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce for drizzling

METHOD OF PREPERATION

In a bowl, combine refined flour, castor sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt. Mix well, then add melted butter, milk, and vanilla essence. Stir until you get a smooth, lump-free batter. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate pieces.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish or oven-safe cups and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15–20 minutes, or until the top is set but the center remains gooey.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and drizzle generously with chocolate sauce.
