With 15+ years of experience across India, Australia, and Southeast Asia, Chef Ameyyaa blends culinary passion with real-world strategy. A Le Cordon Bleu Sydney graduate, he’s worked with brands like Wagamama, Tetsuya’s, and Salt Water Café. Today, he partners with food founders to design kitchens, build menus, train teams, and create systems that actually work. This isn’t top-down consulting, it’s hands-on collaboration, from idea to execution.
