INGREDIENTS
- Pancake Batter:
1 1/2 cups refined flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup milk
1 cup water
2 teaspoons oil - Jaggery Caramel Sauce:
1/2 cup jaggery
1/2 cup whole cream
Salt to taste - Toppings:
1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
1 cup mixed seasonal fruits
Whipped cream as needed
METHOD OF PREPERATION
To prepare the pancakes, start by mixing together the refined flour and baking powder in a bowl. Gradually add the milk, water, and oil, whisking well until you get a smooth, lump-free batter. Heat a nonstick pan and lightly grease it; pour a ladleful of the batter and cook on medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.
