Spicy Umami Firecracker Chicken Noodles

INGREDIENTS

– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
– 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
– 1 teaspoon thai chillies
– Egg
– Chicken strips
– Thinely sliced yellow and red bell peppers
– Thinely sliced onions
– Signature fire cracker sauce
(Garnishing)
– Crunchy scallions
– Fried garlic
– Toasted sesame seeds

 

METHOD OF PREPERATION

Heat oil in a pan or wok on high flame, then add the chopped garlic, ginger, and Thai chillies, sautéing until fragrant. Break in the egg, scramble it lightly, and push it to one side of the pan. Add the chicken strips and cook until they turn golden and are nearly done. Toss in the thinly sliced bell peppers and onions, stir-frying quickly to retain their crunch. Pour in the signature firecracker sauce and toss everything together until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated and glossy. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish generously with crunchy scallions, fried garlic, and toasted sesame seeds before serving hot.
