  • Burnt Herbed Garlic Rice:
    1 cup cooked long grain rice
    1 teaspoon oil
    3 tablespoons pimentos, chopped
    2 tablespoons fried garlic
    2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
    Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPERATION

  • Chicken Gravy:
    Heat oil in a pan, then add minced ginger, garlic, and celery, sautéing until aromatic. Add diced onions and cook until slightly soft, followed by the chopped bell peppers. Toss in the chicken thigh chunks and stir-fry until they turn golden and are cooked through. Pour in the firecracker sauce along with honey, stir well, and let it simmer until the chicken is coated in a rich, glossy gravy. Finish with chopped scallions and a sprinkle of mixed sesame seeds.
