Spicy Jerk Chicken Pizza

This Jerk Chicken Pizza is the perfect fusion of comfort and spice. INGREDIENTS

1 pizza base
1/3 cup tomato concasse sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons grilled jerk chicken strips (7-8 pieces)
2 teaspoons chili flakes
2 tablespoons spicy mayo
Fresh herbs, as needed

METHOD OF PREPERATION

Preheat the oven to 200°C and place the ready pizza base on a baking tray. Spread a layer of tomato concasse sauce evenly over the base, then sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese. Arrange the sliced onion, bell pepper, and grilled jerk chicken strips on top, followed by the remaining cheese and a sprinkle of chili flakes. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the bread is crisp and the cheese melts to a golden finish. Once out of the oven, drizzle with spicy mayo, garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve hot.
