Cold Chicken Ceaser Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

2 slices sourdough bread
1 chicken breast
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh herbs, mixed
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons oil
1 cup French fries
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPERATION
