Quick to make and incredibly satisfying, it’s perfect for snacking or as a show-stopping meal with your favourite dip.

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken fillet or Chicken breast
– 1 Glass fizzy beer
– 1 Tablespoon finely chopped garlic
– 1 Tablespoon chilli sauce
– 1 Tablespoon sriracha sauce
– 1 Teaspoon paprika
– 1 Teaspoon fresh herbs
– Salt as per taste
– 1 Egg
– 1/2 Cup cornflour
– Panco bread crumbs

METHOD OF PREPERATION

Marinate the chicken fillets with garlic, chili sauce, sriracha, paprika, herbs, salt, and a splash of fizzy beer. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes so the flavors soak in.

In a bowl, beat the egg and add the remaining beer to make a light batter. Dip each marinated chicken fillet into cornflour, then coat it in the beer-egg batter, and finally roll it in panko bread crumbs for that extra crunch.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated chicken until golden brown and crispy on the outside while juicy inside. Drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with your favorite dip or a squeeze of lemon for extra zing.
