Creamy and Earthy Mushrooms on Toasted Baguette

INGREDIENTS

4 slices French baguette, toasted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablesppon garlic, minced
1/2 cup mixed mushrooms:
Shitake mushrooms
Button mushrooms
Oyster mushrooms
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPERATION

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the mixed mushrooms (shiitake, button, and oyster) and cook until soft and lightly browned. Stir in cream cheese and fresh cream, allowing them to melt into a rich, creamy sauce. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until the sauce thickens.
