Egg Masala Pav

INGREDIENTS

Oil 10 ml
⁠Chopped onions 1 Nos ( big )
⁠Chopped tomato 1 nos (big)
Coriander 4/5 sprigs
⁠Salt to taste
⁠Eggs 2 nos
SNAPIN Kashmiri Chilli Paprika
⁠Ladi Pav 2 nos

METHOD OF PREPERATION

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown. Add the chopped tomato and cook until soft, then season with salt and SNAPIN Kashmiri Chilli Paprika. Break in the eggs and scramble them gently with the masala until cooked to your liking. Finish with freshly chopped coriander and mix well. Meanwhile, slice the ladi pav and lightly toast it with a little butter or oil on a pan. Serve the hot, spicy egg masala along with the toasted pav, either stuffed inside or on the side, garnished with extra coriander if desired.
